My favorite part had nothing to do with the REI lessons at all.

That TN Mastermind week has inspired me to run with the mastermind model.
This business can be very lonely and there is so much power in bringing like minded people together in-person where they can truly connect and make magic happen!
Our student Facebook group is one of the most active groups I’ve ever been in. And ya’ll... I have taken classes & paid “extra” to join “elite Facebook groups” where no one ever posts & when you do post it’s crickets. But our group - our group just clicks!
Everyone helps everyone!!!
And all our strengths balance each other. It’s so awesome to see.
In fact we all clicked so well I felt this strong pull in my heart to get my students together in person so they could really meet!!
And so I did...

When I re-opened coaching for newbies back in November 2021 I didn’t know what to expect. And neither did they quite honestly...
Some of my students were waiting 2+ years for me to start coaching again & jumped in the second it opened. They knew they would get my course, my guidance & access to my team… but it’s gone way beyond that.
It evolved into my students having access to my network, us teaming up on deals, weekly accountability meetings and the best part…. A group of people who were becoming a virtual family!
I never planned to hold an in person mastermind.
It wasn’t on my radar, wasn’t in my budget, wasn’t how I pictured coaching.
But our group got so close knit.
In May 2022 we spent two full days in Gatlinburg, TN together.
Learning, brainstorming, having ah-ha moments, getting each other on track with action plans, and truly connecting.
I knew on the morning of DAY 1, that I instantly made the right decision by following my heart to pull this mastermind session together. Someone asked me at the end of DAY 2 what my favorite part was.
Of all the things I taught and all the speakers… what was my favorite part?
It was watching my students meet for the first time in person after virtually meeting for 7 months.
It was the partnerships that came out of them really getting to know each other.
It was the support they provided each other.
It was the REI family I had unknowingly created.
